NEW CLIENT

I/We warrant that the information furnished above is true and correct in every respect. I/We acknowledge that I/We have read and understood the Client Standard Trading Terms and Conditions ("STCs") attached hereto and agree that such STCs shall be binding upon me/us/the company in respect of all transactions entered into now and hereafter between myself/ourselves/the company and Connect Supply Chain Services (Proprietary) Limited t/a Connect Logistics.

I/We accept the terms of credit, being 30 (thirty) days from date of statement for transport and warehousing services, and on presentation of invoice for all shipping, clearing and forwarding services.

I/We further warrant that I/we have the necessary authority to bind the company to the attached STCs for the granting of credit facilities.
